Why do some global businesses inspire loyalty and movements, while others simply sell products?
The answer often has less to do with WHAT a company makes and more to do with WHY it exists.
Drawing on Simon Sinek's "Golden Circle," I will guide participants through the WHY–HOW–WHAT framework that powers the world's most influential companies. Participants will discover how purpose-driven thinking transforms ordinary businesses into forces for positive change, and how they, as future global leaders, can use it to build something that matters.
