In general, the application fee is not refundable. However, a partial refund (after transfer fees are deducted) or a full refund may be possible in the following cases.
(1)When the application fee has been paid multiple times, or the amount paid exceeded the required application fee.
(2)The application was not accepted by the university due to incomplete application documents, etc.
(3)(General Selection Only) On the day of the examination, the applicant is suffering from an infectious disease (such as influenza) for which suspension of attendance is required under the School Health and Safety Act, and the University does not permit the applicant to take the examination.
