Dissa is a social entrepreneur who runs cafés and other businesses where people with hearing impairments can work. Through her company, Fingertalk, which she founded, she operates a café, a car wash, and a sewing workshop, providing employment opportunities for people with hearing impairments and creating an environment where they can work without discrimination. She has been selected as one of the Obama Foundation’s Asia-Pacific Leaders.
