〈Required Documents〉
Certificate of Graduation from High School or Equivalent Institution
Certificate of Graduation (or Completion) and Academic Transcript / Record of Earned Credits
from a university, junior college, or other higher education institution
Please make sure to fill in all required information and submit the application form below by the deadline for your enrollment procedures.
Even if you submit the application form, your admission will not be approved if your documents arrive after the extended deadline.
〈Important Notes〉
Even if your documents are expected to arrive at APU after March 11, they will still be considered as submitted on time as long as you complete the Express Mail and Simplified Registered Mail procedures at the post office on March 11. (Valid if postmarked on that day)

[If your graduation certificate is issued on or after Saturday, March 21st]
Please enter the reason in the entry form.Once you have obtained your graduation certificate, please send it to APU as soon as possible.
