② Welcome Programs: 1:00 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.

Location:Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (1-1 Jumonjibaru, Beppu, Oita)
*The time each participant attends the ceremony will vary depending on their affiliated college or graduate school. In addition to the ceremony, welcome programs will be held until 7:15 p.m. Further details will be announced at a later date.

*Details of the entrance ceremony will be announced on the university website in Late February 2026.
