This is information regarding delayed submission of enrollment procedure documents. (For details, see page 11 of the Handbook of Enrollment Procedures)
Submission deadlines for the following documents may be extended. However, even if extensions are allowed,all documents must be delivered via express registered mail by March 21 (Fri.) for April enrollment. Even if you submit the application form, if the submission is not made by the deadline, you will not be admitted.
